With just 27 points this season, including nine on the power play, Fowler isn’t a top-tier option. However, he is expected to quarterback the Blues’ top unit with Robert Thomas and Jordan Kyrou, and note the Ducks remain one of the most penalized teams in the league with 302 penalties taken, fifth-most in the league. With a 23rd-ranked PK, Fowler should get some quality opportunities.
