Collin Graf, RW, SJ vs. DAL (1% rostered) - FanDuel $4,100
It’s been all about Macklin Celebrini lately and Graf’s along for the ride, replacing the injured Will Smith as his running mate. Graf has three goals and three assists in his past six games, and despite the tough matchup will be difficult to keep off the board given the Sharks’ explosive offense.
Oliver Bjorkstrand, RW, TB vs. LA (4% rostered) - FanDuel $4,600
With Brandon Hagel potentially missing this game due to an upper-body injury, look for Bjorkstrand to potentially see more minutes. He played 17:28 against the Panthers and registered an assist, his fifth point in four games. The Kings are expected to start third-string Pheonix Copley after losing to the Panthers last night.
Vladimir Tarasenko, LW/RW, MIN at CBJ (8% rostered) - FanDuel $4,600
Danila Yurov, C/RW, MIN at CBJ (2% rostered) - FanDuel $4,200
There’s a potential line stack here with the Wild’s all-Russian second line, though not left winger Yakov Trenin doesn’t play on the power play and only contributes hits. Tarasenko, meanwhile, is playing PP1 on a dangerous unit that now includes Quinn Hughes, while Yurov plays mop-up minutes on PP2. Both players scored three points apiece in a 5-0 win against the Caps.
Anthony Mantha, LW/RW, PIT at OTT (14% rostered) - FanDuel $5,500
Mantha is playing L3 but the key is his deployment on PP1. He played 19:06 against the Oilers, including 7:55 on the power play, and finished with two assists, giving him five points in his past three games. The Pens have lost six straight but scoring goals has not been the issue.
Jonathan Huberdeau, C/LW, CGY vs. SEA (21% rostered) - FanDuel $4,900
Just a hunch, but Huberdeau has a good chance to extend his points streak to three games against a reeling Kraken team that has gone 1-8-1 in their past 10. The Flames’ line with Huberdeau, Morgan Frost and Matt Coronato have posted below-average possession numbers lately and they’re underperforming their expected goals at even strength, per naturalstattrick.com, but for most of the season it has been the opposite. I think this is a good matchup for this line to potentially score a few points.
Dylan Cozens, C, OTT vs. PIT (54% rostered) - FanDuel $6,100
I like this matchup with the Pens having lost six straight and having trouble keeping the puck out of their net with three straight games of at least five goals allowed. Cozens is a multi-category fantasy player and what I like most is his recent scoring binge with two goals and six assists in his past six games. If you need some face-offs, shots and hits, Cozens is your guy.
