On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.
Braeden Bowman, RW, VGK at NYR (8% rostered) - FanDuel n/a
It’s been a quiet stretch for Bowman because he’s come back down to earth a little, but he still has plenty of value as a streaming option or DFS play. He did not score a point against the Devils but registered at least two shots for the eighth time in 12 games. L1 and PP1 with Jack Eichel helps, as does facing the Rangers’ backup.
Jake Neighbours, LW/RW, STL at MTL (13% rostered) - FanDuel $5,000
Jordan Kyrou left Saturday’s game and may end up missing this game. Jake Neighbours played 14:01 at even strength, one of four Blues forwards to do so, and may continue to see increased ice time if Kyrou cannot play. Picking which Blues winger will score has been like playing whack-a-mole this season, and Neighbours looks like the surer bet right now.
Beckett Sennecke, RW, ANA vs. CHI (30% rostered) - FanDuel $5,000
The 7-0 loss to the Mammoth that ended up Sennecke’s eight-game points streak ended up just being a blip, with the Ducks winning their next game against the red-hot Caps and overcoming three (!) one-goal deficits, and Sennecke responded with a goal and an assist. The Hawks have fallen into a slump with seven losses in nine games, including losses of 9-3 and 6-0, and will likely be starting backup Arvid Soderblom.
Adam Fantilli, C, CBJ at WSH (45% rostered) - FanDuel $5,900
Wild scenes in Sunrise with the Jackets scoring six goals but ended up losing. Fantilli continued where he left off with a helper and two shots following a two-goal game against the Wings. The Caps have been better defensively than the Panthers and Wings, but the Jackets have had very few issues scoring.
