Capitals' Connor McMichael and Devils' Arseny Gritsyuk are igniting fantasy rosters. Discover rising waiver-wire forwards set to boost your team's scoring.

On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Adam Fantilli, C, CBJ at TOR (44% rostered)

Fantilli remains 1C on the Jackets and still represents their top scoring option at center as they face a battered Leafs team. The return of Joseph Woll has shored up their goaltending a little bit, but still rank second in most goals allowed per game. Fantilli has usually fared well in his hometown area – Nobleton is just outside Toronto – and he’s scored four goals in seven career games against the Leafs. Linemate Kirill Marchenko is on fire, too, with 15 points in his past 13 games.

Patrick Kane, RW, DET vs. NYI (40% rostered)

The one thing the Wings do very well is getting shots on goal, ranking fifth in shots per game though they don’t covert a lot of their chances. Kane is a big reason why they generate a lot of offense, and he’s scored four points in his past four games. The Isles will be shorthanded on defense after placing Alexander Romanov on IR.

Andre Burakovsky, RW, CHI vs. SEA (24% rostered)

As long as Burakovsky is sharing the ice with Connor Bedard, he’ll get a chance to score points. He notched his eight assist and 15th point of the season against the Flames, scoring at the highest pace of his career. The Kraken are one of the more stingy teams allowing the eighth-fewest goals per game, but it’s not a huge concern with Burakovsky playing L1/PP1 with Bedard.

Tyler Seguin, C/RW, DAL at VAN (24% rostered)

The key here is Jason Robertson, who’s playing on the opposite wing of Seguin and having a season reminiscent of 2022-23 when he scored 109 points. Seguin has scored seven of his 12 points on the season in his past seven games, and the Canucks have been one of the worst defensive teams in the league.

Connor McMichael, C/LW, WSH at MTL (13% rostered)

McMichael had an excellent game last night with three helpers in a 7-4 win against the Oilers, giving him six points in his past three games. The Habs have fallen apart lately with six losses in their past seven games and they’ve allowed four goals or more in four of those games. McMichael has had a slow start but seems to be heating up.

Braeden Bowman, RW, VGK at UTA (3% rostered)

A bit of a boom-or-bust pick because he’s done all of his scoring on the power play, but Bowman has stepped in and become quite invaluable to the Knights’ top six and special teams. He’s averaging 17 minutes per game despite just being a rookie, and he’s not afraid to shoot the puck. The Mammoth have been reeling with eight losses in their past 10 games with at least three goals allowed in every singe loss.

Arseny Gritsyuk, RW, NJ at FLA (2% rostered)

Gritsyuk has really taken advantage of the opportunity, scoring a point in three straight games playing on L1 with Nico Hischier and Jesper Bratt. He’s a gifted offensive player who can generate a lot of scoring chances on his own and the Panthers defense has not been sharp this season, and recently allowed five goals on 15 shots against the Canucks.
