Goalies
Justus Annunen, NSH vs. ANA (5% rostered) – FanDuel $7,400
The Ducks have lost eight of their past nine, slumping on offense and getting exposed on defense. Annunen, on the other hand, has been red-hot with only three goals allowed in his past three starts, which includes a 43-save shutout in Anaheim on April 7. There’s a chance Juuse Saros gets this start, and he’s a fine option despite his recent struggles, but Annunen is the far more attractive option. Since Feb. 1, Annunen ranks second in the league (min. 10 starts) with a .934 SP, trailing only Scott Wedgewood’s .941 SP.
Anton Forsberg, LA at CGY (17% rostered) – FanDuel $7,600
Not only will this matchup dictate the Kings’ playoff matchup, it’s also Forsberg’s last chance to convince his coaches to let him start Game 1 of the playoffs. He’s started four of their past five games, all of which were wins, and with the lone absence the second game of a back-to-back. He’s been brilliant for the Kings down the stretch, owning a perfect 5-0-0 record with a league-leading .950 SP in April. Though the Flames are much formidable at home (22-13-5), they do not have the requisite offense to really pose much of a threat.
Connor Ingram, EDM vs. VAN (26% rostered) – FanDuel $8,000
Ingram has allowed just four goals in his past three starts, one of which was against the Avs, so getting tagged with two losses in those three games is not his fault. The Oilers, however, should have no problems generating offense against the Canucks, who have allowed at least three goals in all three of their previous meetings this season. Ingram is a shaky goalie and the Canucks are on a bit of a roll to end the season, but there’s little doubt the Oilers hold a massive advantage in this matchup.
