Goalies
Connor Ingram, EDM vs. NSH (13% rostered) - FanDuel $7,400
This is obviously a risky start because the Oilers defense and goaltending have been so unreliable, but this is a good matchup on paper. The Oilers have lost consecutive games for the first time since mid-November, which is a silver lining because it shows how resilient they can be. The Preds have improved over the past month or so, but they’re still not a good team and do not have the offensive firepower to match the Oilers. You’re looking for a win from Ingram, but it might be an expensive one with a low save percentage and a few goals against.
Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen, BUF vs. VAN (29% rostered) - FanDuel $7,600
Luukkonen or Colten Ellis, who may get the start after Luukkonen drew the loss in Columbus and saw the Sabres’ 10-game winning streak get snapped, are both good options against the offensively-starved Canucks. There’s no question the Canucks are headed toward the lottery and will be without No. 2 center Marco Rossi and top-six winger Conor Garland. The Canucks are 26th in goals for per game this season.
Dan Vladar, PHI vs. ANA (53% rostered) - FanDuel $8,000
There is some risk here because the Ducks offense can be pretty good, but they are also playing the second game of a back-to-back. Vladar, on the other hand, has won two straight and four of his past five, and the Flyers return home where they’re 11-5-4 following a five-game road trip.
