Alex Lyon, BUF vs. TOR (47% rostered) - FanDuel $8,100
Lyon will be going for his fifth straight win against a hated divisional rival on home ice, and with Auston Matthews out for the season, this sets the stage for a potential blowout win. The Sabres offense has had little trouble scoring goals this season while the Leafs are averaging just 2.33 goals per game, fourth-worst in the league since the Olympic break.
Jakub Dobes, MTL vs. SJ (28% rostered) - FanDuel $7,900
There’s plenty of motivation for Dobes to play well with Jacob Fowler getting called up and earning a win his first start. This is a potential revenge game for Dobes, who allowed six goals on 27 shots (.778 SP) against the Sharks in San Jose, but otherwise has been excellent with three wins and six total goals allowed in those games. Top goal scorer Cole Caufield, who missed the previous game due to illness, is expected to play, providing Dobes with goal support.
Philipp Grubauer, SEA at VAN (17% rostered) - FanDuel $7,500
Grubauer relieved Joey Daccord in their previous game, a 5-1 loss to the Avs, but either goalie should be a good streaming option against the Canucks. They’re one of the worst home teams ever in the cap era and often have a ton of trouble generating scoring chances and finishing them. The Kraken are on a four-game losing streak but have beaten the Canucks nine times in their last 12 meetings.
David Rittich, NYI vs. CGY (9% rostered) - FanDuel $7,700
Rittich went from a stud in the first half (10-4-2, .918 SP, 2.27 GAA) to almost unplayable in the second half (3-5-1, .849 SP, 3.48 GAA), and he’ll see his first action in five games in the second half of a back-to-back for the Isles. By no means does Rittich breed a lot of confidence, but this is a great matchup with the lottery-bound Flames playing their fourth road game in six nights. Other than a five-goal outburst against the Devils, the Flames have not had much offensive pop all season.
