On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues and can be selected in standard fantasy leagues and/or for daily fantasy games.

Linus Ullmark, OTT at Alex Lyon, BUF (7 p.m. ET)
Sergei Bobrovsky, FLA at Cam Talbot, DET (7 p.m. ET)
Spencer Knight, CHI at Jordan Binnington, STL (9:30 p.m. ET)
Devin Cooley, CGY* at Karel Vejmelka, UTA (9:30 p.m. ET)
Goalies
Karel Vejmelka, UTA vs. CGY (69% rostered) – FanDuel $7,500
You still have to be a little cautious in this start because there’s always a chance Devin Cooley steals the game. I find it highly unlikely, and the Mammoth have had really good success against the Flames recently, winning all three of their matchups last season. Vejmelka was 2-0-0 with only four goals allowed on 60 shots (.933 SP) against them last season. Given how untested Cooley is at this level – he did not have a good pre-season either – and how little offense the Flames have generated so far, I like Vejmelka’s odds of winning this matchup.
Leevi Merilainen, OTT at BUF (5% rostered) – FanDuel $7,400
With a back-to-back coming up, Merilainen might get this start in Buffalo or at home against the Kraken. If Merilainen gets this start, he’s a streaming option against a team that can’t score and allows a lot of scoring chances. Even without Brady Tkachuk, the Sens should have enough firepower to provide Merilainen with good goal support should he have a poor performance. Drake Batherson is expected to make his season debut.
