Jason Chen and Michael Amato discuss whether it's better to stream a red-hot player or stick with a productive but inconsistent player through the fantasy hockey season.

Sleepers and Keepers Podcast: Save a Roster Spot for a Streaking Streamer or Stick With an Inconsistent Performer?

The Sleepers and Keepers fantasy hockey podcast hosts Jason Chen and Michael Amato answer a listener question:

Both Jason and Michael prefer a spot for streaming, especially in head-to-head leagues.

There's nothing worse than sticking with a talented player who doesn't produce all season, only to realize that, yes, he did not, in fact, produce all season.

(Looking at you, Nikolaj Ehlers).

Just be sure to leave that spot open, since any trade in which you acquire more players than you trade away means you lose that streaming spot.

If your roster is locked in, you might get caught in a week where your players don't play enough games to compete.
