Jason Chen and Michael Amato really think you should roster and start Noah Dobson, Filip Hronek and Travis Sanheim on your fantasy team.

Sleepers and Keepers Podcast: The New Big 3: Dobson, Hronek and Sanheim

The Sleepers and Keepers fantasy hockey podcast hosts Jason Chen and Michael Amato discuss three defensemen who should immediately be rostered and starting on your fantasy team.

All three are playing a ton of minutes and scoring points.

Noah Dobson (94% rostered in Yahoo leagues), averaging close to a point per game this season for the Islanders and averaging a team-high 25 minutes per game.

Filip Hronek (58% rostered), who has formed one of the league's elite pairings with captain Quinn Hughes on the Canucks and provides excellent multi-category coverage and mops up whatever power-play minutes Hughes leaves behind.

Travis Sanheim (55% rostered), the Flyers' do-it-all workhorse who is stuffing the stats sheet with tons of ice time, ranking top-five in TOI/GP among defensemen.
