Is Vitek Vanecek an upgrade on Darcy Kuemper in a cap dynasty league?

In a dynasty league, the preference is always to lean towards the younger player.
However, Vanecek has not bee able to keep a hold on the starting job for the Devils, and they have two young goalies waiting in the wings in Nico Daws and Akira Schmid.
With the way Kuemper's play has been trending, it looks like he's going to be a very expensive backup/1B option for the rest of his career.
Neither are particularly good options in a dynasty league, and it may come down to how many dollars you're allocating to them relative to your league cap, and what the other fantasy managers in your league do in regards to their goaltending.
