It's been a fun, hockey-filled weekend in Toronto for the 2024 NHL All-Star Game.
The best of the best from the NHL all converged on the hockey capital of the world over the past few days and it's been quite a spectacle so far.
On Friday the league held a player draft to select the four teams, each comprised of nine skaters and two goaltenders.
Both Florida Panthers selected to the All-Star Game, Sam Reinhart and Sergei Bobrovsky, were picked by team captain Connor McDavid.
Afterwards, The Hockey Show hosts Dave Dwork and Roy Bellamy provided post-draft commentary from outside Scotiabank Arena.
Saturday night was the Skills Competition, and to say it was an improvement on last year's event in South Florida would be an understatement.
Was it perfect? No.
Nikita Kucherov made certain of that.
But what it a fun and entertaining night? Absolutely.
