Topics on this week's show range from life as a play-by-play voice during the playoffs to a division-by-division season preview
Get excited, hockey fans!
A brand-new NHL season is right around the corner.
Teams across the league are well into their respective training camps and preseason games are popping off every day.
With opening night just over a week away, The Hockey Show welcomed a pair of guests to help us get ready for the season.
Hosts Roy Bellamy and David Dwork first spoke with NHL on ESPN play-by-play voice Sean McDonough.
They asked the longtime broadcaster about his experience navigating being sick while trying to call the Eastern Conference Final last year, as well as his take on the Stanley Cup Final.
Next, Roy and Dave welcomed Prime Monday Night Hockey Studio Host Adnan Virk to discuss Amazon’s extended coverage of the NHL, including the behind-the-scenes docuseries Faceoff: Inside the NHL.
Adnan also offers his take on how each of the four NHL divisions will play out this season.
