It has been a busy first 48 hours of free agency around the NHL, and the Kings have been right in the middle of it. Within the first couple of hours, the team found its goalie in Cam Talbot while losing Joonas Korpisalo. The team also resigned Jaret Anderson-Dolan, who they hope will be a part of the future of the team.
The recently signed Talbot mentioned he signed with the Kings because the team wants to win. Talbot has spent 10 seasons with the Oilers, Rangers, Flyers, Flames, Wild, and Senators. Talbot is a veteran presence that could help other goalies such as Phoenix Copley.
