Minnesota Wins In "Wild" Finish Against Predators -- See What Happened
The Minnesota Wild vs. Nashville Predators game had one of the most chaotic finishes to the overtime that NHL fans have seen in a while. The Wild had a beautiful passing play that left to the puck going in. But before it did, the net came off. After the refs reviewed it, it was ruled to be a good goal due to the Predators goalie knocking the net off. Therefore, the Wild won in overtime. Have you ever seen this happen before?

Minnesota Wild Named Former Player To Front Office
The Minnesota Wild have named former NHL defensemen Alex Goligoski as a Player Development Advisor, among other moves made to their front office. Goligoski will be tasked with working with defensemen in the organization to help continue their development. It is nice to see him back in the organization, especially considering he is from Minnesota.

Does McDavid Taking Less Make Kaprizov's $17 Million Look Like An Overpay?
With the news of Connor McDavid signing a two-year deal worth $25 million, which carries an AAV of $12.5 million. It got me thinking, does this deal make Kirill Kaprizov's new deal with the Minnesota Wild look like an overpay? Last season, albeit hurt. Kaprizov had 56 points in 41 games. Whereas McDavid had 100 points in 67 games. Over their careers, McDavid has scored 1,082 points in 712 games. Kaprizov has only managed 386 points in 319 games. It's interesting to see McDavid take less to try and win now with the Edmonton Oilers and Kaprizov sign for essentially 20% of the Wild's cap.
