
ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild (10-2-3) are set to host the Montreal Canadiens (5-9-2) tonight, following a three-game road trip. Tonight's player to watch is Marco Rossi.
Rossi, 23, has four goals, nine assists, and 13 points in 15 games this year for Minnesota. He ranks second on the team in assists behind Kirill Kaprizov and is fourth on the team in points.
He is coming off a three-game road trip where he recorded one goal and two assists. In five home games this year, Rossi has four points.
Against Montreal in his career, Rossi has one goal and four points in four games.
The last time the Wild faced Montreal at home, Rossi had one goal and two assists in the club's 4-3 overtime win. Rossi even fought Kaiden Guhle in the game. Which happened to be his first and only fight of his career.
