After another practice, Connor Dewar looks like he could return to the lineup tonight against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Connor Dewar has missed the last six games for the Wild due to an injury he sustained in Florida against the Panthers. Dewar was on the ice again today for his second straight practice and looks like a return is nearing.

“I would think if he responds favorably to today’s practice, he should be ready to go,” Wild head coach John Hynes said.

Dewar, 24, has seven goals and nine points in 45 games this year for the Wild but has been a big part of the Wild's penalty kill this season. Marcus Foligno has done a great job on the penalty kill recently alongside Joel Eriksson Ek.

But Hynes indicated that Foligno will miss the next two games as he did not come on the road for the Vegas game tonight and the Arizona Coyotes game on Wednesday. The Wild also called up forward Adam Beckman from Iowa so if Dewar isn't ready to go, Beckman could draw in.

Jake Lucchini and Vinni Lettieri were practicing with Dewar on a line from yesterday's practice and could be where Dewar slides in.
