    Former Wild forward Pat Maroon has signed a one-year deal in Chicago.

    The former Wild forward will return to the Central Division but it won't be in Minnesota.

    Pat Maroon has reportedly signed a one-year deal worth $1.3 million with the Chicago Blackhawks. 

    Maroon, 36, played in 51 games last year with the Wild and Boston Bruins. He recorded four goals and 16 points. After playing in 49 games with the Wild Maroon was traded to Boston for Luke Toporowski and a conditional pick in the 2026 NHL Draft. He played in two games for Boston. 

    The 6-foot-3 forward has played 13 years in the NHL across seven teams and will now add another team to the list.
