The Florida Panthers just released the names on the Stanley Cup and the former Wild General Manager Paul Fenton's name landed on it.

Fenton was the Wild's General Manager for just 14 months. He was fired for a disaster he created on many different accounts.

In his short tenure as the Wild's GM Fenton signed 32 players, drafted 16 players, and made 12 trades.

After he was fired, Fenton went on to Florida with his son and got jobs with the Panthers. Fenton's role is the Panthers' Senior Advisor to the General Manager. His son PJ is a scout.
