Kaprizov breaks Wild's power play goals record

In the game against the San Jose Sharks, Kirill Kaprizov broke another Wild franchise record.

In the game against the San Jose Sharks, Kirill Kaprizov broke another Wild franchise record. This time it was for the most power play goals scored in a single season. 

The previous record for most power-play goals scored in a single season was 17. This was set by Kaprizov when he scored 17 last season. 

Kaprizov's goal on the power play against the San Jose Sharks, was his 18th of the season which broke his own record. 

He currently has 40 power play points this season which ranks fifth in the NHL. His 18 power-play goals is tied for fourth with Auston Matthews.
