The Wild signed Marat Khusnutdinov to a two-year entry-level deal just over a week ago but last night, the young center officially arrived in Minnesota.
Once he was signed, Khusnutdinov had to get a work visa to come to the States. Khusnutdinov got his visa expedited so he could come to Minnesota earlier than expected and now he has arrived to Minnesota.
Today was supposed to be Khusnutdinov's first practice with the Wild but after arriving late to Minnesota following the back-to-backs, the Wild will not practice today.
The Wild will host the Nashville Predators tomorrow afternoon but will not hold a full team morning skate. Khusnutdinov would probably skate in the morning though, if possible, but likely won't play in the game. This means his first full practice with the team will be on Monday.
