Wild goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury started in goal for Team Canada on Sunday against Team Latvia. He became the oldest goalie to play for his country in tournament history.

Fleury, 40, stopped 16 out of the 17 shots he faced in Canada's 7-1 win over Latvia. During his retirement press conference, Fleury announced he would go to the World Championships.

He went to play with long-time teammate Sidney Crosby one more time. He also has been reunited with former Wild head coach Dean Evason. He is Canada's head coach for this tournament.

Vintage Fleury was on display during the game. He made a few terrific saves in his first game of the tournament and helped Canada defeat Latvia.

He also made his vintage two-pad stack poke check on a breakaway. Canada plays next against France on Tuesday.
