

After scoring against the St. Louis Blues a couple of nights ago, Marco Rossi is now tied with Marian Gaborik for second all-time in Wild history for goals in their rookie season.
Kirill Kaprizov currently holds the record when he scored 27 goals in his rookie season during the 2020-21 season.
But after Rossi's goal against the St. Louis Blues on Saturday, Rossi is now tied with Gaborik's 18 goals for second all-time.
Gaborik scored 18 goals in his rookie season during the 2000-01 season.
Rossi, 22, has 18 goals and 35 points in 68 games for the Wild this season. He is one of two Wild players to have played in every game this season. Fellow rookie Brock Faber is the other.
The 5-foot-9 forward ranks third in the NHL amongst all rookies in points and is second in goals. He trails Faber and Connor Bedard in points and Bedard in goals as well.
