ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild (39-25-5) hosts the Buffalo Sabres (27-34-6) for a day game on Saturday.

The Wild have a few important injuries and some updates. Marcus Johansson missed the Wild's last game with an illness but was on the ice for Friday's practice and was a full participant in line rushes.

Marco Rossi left the Wild's game against the Seattle Kraken on Wednesday in the first period with a lower-body injury. He was on the ice for Friday and was a full participant in line rushes with Matt Boldy and Mats Zuccarello.

Wild head coach John Hynes said he looked good in practice but he will see on Saturday morning if Rossi is ready to go.

Marcus Foligno was not on the ice on Friday and will not play against the Sabres on Saturday.

Good news though, Jonas Brodin was on the ice again. He was taking line rushes with Jared Spurgeon so he looks like he will play on Saturday.
