
The Minnesota Wild will open up their preseason play on the road against the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday, Sept. 24 in an afternoon tilt. The Wild will then travel to Dallas to play on Tuesday, Sept. 26 against the Stars, who defeated the Wild in six games in the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The Wild have two homes games in a row after that against the Avalanche on Thursday, Sept. 28 and then again on Saturday, Sept. 30 versus the Chicago Blackhawks, who are expected to take Connor Bedard with the first overall pick in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. The Wild finish their preseason slate with a road game at Chicago on Thursday, Oct. 5, before the final game at home versus the Stars on Saturday, Oct. 7.
The NHL regular season schedule is expected to be released on Tuesday, June 27. The Wild's Development Camp is expected to be held sometime in July as past years.
