
USA Hockey announced on Tuesday 44 players that will attend Olympic Orientation Camp. Minnesota Wild general manager Bill Guerin is the general manager for the Olympic team. He was for the 4 Nations Tournament as well.
Wild defenseman Brock Faber was named to the camp along with forward Matt Boldy. They both represented Team USA at the 4 Nations Face-off in 2024.
Boldy, 24, had one goal and two assists during the tournament for USA in four games. He is coming off a season in which he recorded 27 goals, 46 assists and 73 points in 82 games.
He recorded a career-high in assists and points during the 2024-25 season and was a very crucial player for the Wild down the stretch.
The 6-foot-2 forward recorded five goals and seven points in six playoff games as well. He has been invited to camp and has a strong possibility of making the Olympic roster.
