Gaudreau, 32, has three years remaining on his contract worth $2.1 million. This gives the Wild around $17 million in cap space.
The 6-foot center recorded 18 goals, 19 assists, and 37 points in 82 games for the Wild during the 2024-25 season. He had no points in six playoff games as the Wild's second line center.
