The Minnesota Wild had three players reach career milestones in a 7-2 loss to the Golden Knights inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Friday night.

Longtime blueliner Jonas Brodin skated in his 800th career NHL game with the Wild, joining former captain Mikko Koivu (1,028) and current captain Jared Spurgeon (867) as the only players to hit the milestone in franchise history.

Brodin — who is skating in his 12th season with the Wild — has seven goals and 25 points with a team-leading +21 rating in 59 games this season.

The 30-year-old left-shot defender continues to be one of the league’s best defensive defensemen, and he has four more years remaining on his contract that carries a $6 million cap hit.

Forward Matt Boldy hit the 200-game milestone Friday in his third season with the Wild. Boldy has 27 goals and 64 points in 72 games this season, which ranks third and second respectively on the team, after scoring 31 goals and 63 points in his first full season a year ago.

The 23-year-old is in the first season of a seven-year contract worth $7 million annually that he signed in the middle of the 2022-23 season (Jan. 16, 2023).

Rookie center Marco Rossi made his 100th career NHL appearance Friday. Rossi, the Wild's nominee for the Masterton Trophy this season, has 21 goals and 38 points in 79 games this season after recording one assist in 19 games in 2022-23. The 22-year-old is under contract for one more season.
