
The Wild announced the signing of Sammy Walker.
ST. PAUL - Minnesota Wild President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Bill Guerin announced today that the team has re-signed forward Sammy Walker to a one-year, two-way contract.
The Minnesota native will make $775,000 in the NHL and $125,000 in the AHL for the 2024-25 season.
Walker, 24, appeared in four NHL games last season for the Wild and nine the previous year. He has one goal and one assist in 13 career games. Walker recorded 14 goals, 31 assists, and 45 points in 70 AHL games for Iowa last season.
The 5-foot-11 forward has 41 goals, 52 assists, and 93 points in 126 career AHL games all with the Iowa Wild.
