ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild held another practice today from The TRIA Rink. Forward Travis Boyd was on the ice and was practicing with the team.

The Wild recalled Boyd from the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a practice player, which is allowed under the 4 Nations Rules.

Kirill Kaprizov and Jared Spurgeon were not on the ice. Jakub Lauko did skate for his first practice with the team since his lower-body injury that kept him out for the final two games before the break.

Kaprizov still hasn't skated yet since his surgery and Spurgeon was not on the ice because he was not feeling well.

Boyd, 31, has 11 goals, 22 assists, and 33 points in 39 AHL games this season with the Iowa Wild. He has played in three NHL games with the Wild this year as well.

The Wild sent Boyd back down after practice. The team will not practice on Thursday.
