The Wild have traded forward Pat Maroon to the Boston Bruins for Luke Toporowski and a conditional sixth-round in 2026.

The Wild traded forward Brandon Duhaime to the Colorado Avalanche yesterday for a 2026 third-round pick and have now traded forward Pat Maroon to the Boston Bruins.

Maroon, 35, skated on his own yesterday after the Wild finished their practice for the first time since the back surgery he had in early February and will continue to rehab. But he will do it with the Bruins.

The 6-foot-3 forward is currently in week four of his 4-6 week timeline he was given after his surgery. He has played in 49 games this season for the Wild where he has recorded four goals and 16 points. Maroon is also tied for the team lead in fights with six.

The Wild acquired Maroon for a seventh-round pick before the season started and have now traded him to the Bruins for a conditional pick and forward Luke Toporowski.

Toporowski, 22, has played in 96 career games for the Providence Bruins in the AHL and has recorded 22 goals and 46 points across two seasons. Toporowski will report to the Iowa Wild.
