
USA Hockey announced today the first 15 players of the 2024 U.S. Men’s National Team. Wild's Matt Boldy was one of them.

USA Hockey announced today the first 15 players for the 2024 U.S. Men’s National Team that will compete in the IIHF Men’s World Championship which is from May 10th to the 26th at Ostrava and Prague, Czechia.
Matt Boldy was one of 15 players named to the team earlier today. Luke Kunin, a former Wild forward, was also added to the roster.
Boldy, 23, had 29 goals this season for the Wild with 69 points in 75 games. He posted a career high in assists (40), power-play goals (10), and points (69).
John Hynes, the current Minnesota Wild coach, is the head coach for team USA. There will be some more additions to the roster later on. As for the Wild, Brock Faber will not go due to an injury but there is a chance Ryan Hartman could.
