It's good to see Devin Shore being rewarded for his recent play.

The Minnesota Wild stressed in the offseason to improve the depth of the organization. So when injuries happen, they have good players to come up from the AHL and make an impact.

Devin Shore was one of those signings and he scored his first goal of the year on Thursday against the Montreal Canadiens.

Shore, 30, has one goal and one assist in his last two games with the Wild. He has one goal and two assists in 30 games this year.
