ST. PAUL - After a big week, Mats Zuccarello is now over a point-per-game player again with 11 goals and 50 points in 49 games.

Zuccarello, 36, put up two goals and 10 points during this past week which had him tied for second in the NHL with Mitch Marner in points during the week.

Before the week started, Zuccarello had only one assist in his last five games but put an end to his mini cold streak after he posted one goal and four points in the 10-7 win over Vancouver and his four assist night against the Seattle Kraken on Saturday.

Now Zuccarello has 50 points in 49 games and is projected to finish the year with 16 goals and 74 points in 73 games. He is on pace for 58 assists which would be a career year for Zuccarello.

Zuccarello has been a big part of the Wild's success in their last nine games. The 5-foot-8 forward has recorded three goals and 11 points in that span. The Wild have gone 7-1-1 in their last nine games and are now four points out of a playoff spot.
