The Calgary Hitmen acquired Kalem Parker [https://thehockeynews.com/whl/latest-news/calgary-hitmen-acquire-kalem-parker-from-the-moose-jaw-warriors] from the Moose Jaw Warriors for the rights to 2009 prospect Nathan Gardiner, a second-round pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft and a third and seventh round pick in 2026. Parker, 20, is coming off a career year with the Warriors. He recorded six goals, 36 assists, and 42 points in 63 games. He won the WHL Championship last year and was a big piece on that team. The 6-foot defenseman has two goals and 12 points in 19 games this season with Moose Jaw and will now be a big piece for a good Calgary Hitmen team.
