Less than a month after they were in Nashville for development camp, three Nashville Predators prospects will be back on the ice for the annual World Junior Summer Showcase in Minneapolis.

Forwards Teddy Stiga (2024 55th overall) and Ryker Lee (2025 26th overall), and defensemen Jacob Rombach (2025 35th overall) will all compete for USA Team White in the upcoming tournament.

The tournament will comprise six teams: White (USA), Blue (USA), Red (Canada), White (Canada), Sweden, and Finland.

Stiga has been a regular with Team USA over the past two years. He spent two seasons with the United States National Development Team, where he was drafted out of by the Predators in 2024.

In his draft year, he also competed for the United States at the IIHF U18 World Championship. This past winter, he won a Gold Medal with Team USA at the 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship, scoring the game-winning overtime goal in the championship against Finland.

Stiga just finished his freshman season with Boston College, netting 30 points in 36 games. After an impressive showing in the Future Stars Game, Stiga could be in Nashville sooner than expected.

Lee was one of the Predators' three picks in the first round of the draft this year, going at 26th overall. Similar to Stiga, Lee impressed in the Future Stars Game and could be in Nashville in the next few years.

He played in the USHL with the Madison (Wis.) Capitols this past season, winning USHL Rookie of the Year honors, scoring 68 points in 58 games. Lee will be one of 16 Predators prospects playing in college this fall, committed to Michigan State.

Rombach was selected in the second round in this year's draft, also out of the USHL. He played this past season with the Lincoln (Neb.) Stars, recording 18 points in 57 games with a plus/minus of 29 and logging 57 penalty minutes.

The Predators want youth and size, and Rombach is just that, standing at 6-foot-6-inches and being 18 years old. Rombach will also be playing in the Big 10 this fall with Minnesota.

More Nashville Predators prospects could compete in the tournament, as Canada has yet to release its roster for the tournament.

The World Junior Summer Showcase kicks off Sunday, July 27 and runs to Saturday, Aug. 2. USA White's first game is against Finland on Sunday at 1 p.m. CST. Games can be streamed on USA Hockey TV.
