Less than a week after losing to the Vancouver Canucks in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Predators have cleared out their lockers and are headed for the offseason. While the playoff series was a failure and the team missed several chances to put it away, the Predators' season as a whole can only be called a massive success.

Looking at the 2023-24 season of Predators hockey from a big-picture perspective, the most important roster moves were huge successes. However, the offseason of Juuse Saros is coming, and some questions remain about the youth. Also, which free agents, if any, will return to the Predators next season?The first year of head coach Andrew Brunette and general manager Barry Trotz taught us that the franchise is headed in the right direction and the future is very bright.
