    The New Jersey Devils will host the Washington Capitals for the second time this season on Friday, Nov. 10. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. The Devils held a morning skate at 10:30 A.M.

    In their first meeting on Oct. 25, the Capitals earned a 6-4 victory. Tyler Toffoli scored two goals and finished the game with three points. It was one of two games this season where the Devils did not score a power play goal, going 0-for-1 on the man advantage.

    Devils vs. Capitals - Prudential Center

    Last season, New Jersey earned a 3-1-0 record vs Washington, which marked the first time since 2013-14 that the team won a season series versus the Capitals. Toffoli has collected four points (two goals, two assists) over his previous two games versus tonight's opponent.

    The Capitals are fifth in the Metropolitan Divison (5-4-2). They are coming off a 4-3 overtime loss to the Florida Panthers, where Aliaksei Protas and Connor McMichael earned two points each. Alex Ovechkin has 80 points in 73 games versus New Jersey.

    Per Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post, the Capitals did not take line rushes this morning. We must wait until warmups to see how things shake out for Washington.
