The New Jersey Devils will host the New York Rangers at Prudential Center on Monday afternoon for their final game before the NHL's holiday break. It marks the second meeting between the Hudson River Rivals this season.

Head coach Sheldon Keefe held a practice on Sunday afternoon at RWJBarnabas Health Hockey House in Newark in preparation for Monday's 1:00 P.M. matinee.

Curtis Lazar, who will not be in the lineup until after the holidays, joined his team on the ice and skated with Kurtis MacDermid as an extra.

Keefe made additional changes to his forward group in the hopes of getting secondary scoring. The following lines and pairs were used during the team's practice on Sunday afternoon:

Timo Meier - Nico Hischier - Stefan Noesen

Ondrej Palat - Erik Haula - Jesper Bratt

Tomas Tatar - Justin Dowling - Nathan Bastian

    Brenden Dillon - Dougie Hamilton

    Jonas Siegenthaler - Johnathan Kovacevic

    Luke Hughes - Brett Pesce
