Going behind the scenes between the Montreal Canadiens and New Jersey Devils, as they work on the Jake Allen trade
A video from the Montreal Canadiens TV show "Rebuild" has surfaced online, giving NHL fans a behind-the-scenes look at what the Jake Allen trade to the New Jersey Devils looked like.
On a video from Bardown on Instagram, they show Kent Hughes' conversation with the former Canadiens goaltender about the trade, thanking him for his contribution to the organization.
Allen was traded to the Devils on March 8, 2024, for a conditional third-round draft pick in the 2025 NHL draft. Allen currently serves as the Devils' backup goalie to Jacob Markstrom.
