The New Jersey Devils are embracing the opportunity to participate in the 2024 NHL Global Series in Prague, Czechia.

While it is a business trip, and the club will look to return to New Jersey with four points, it doubles as an incredible experience for the players, coaching staff, and team employees.

On Tuesday, the team had a scheduled off day where they were able to explore the city. Jesper Bratt revealed he spent the afternoon with his new goaltender and fellow Swede, Jacob Markstrom.

"Got a little walk and tourist stuff in," Bratt said. "Me and Markstrom walked around and had lunch."

Forward Erik Haula shared on NHL.com that he spent his off day exploring with Nico Hischier and Timo Meier.

"Tuesday was an off day for us, so myself, Nico Hischier, and Timo Meier decided to explore the city. Obviously, there's lots to see, so it was a fun day. This is my first time in Prague, where I actually get to enjoy it and walk around."

The Devils' content team partnered with former Devil Patrik Elias to give fans a tour of the city. Born in Trebic, a town a little less than two hours away from Prague, the former forward shares some of his favorite spots in the video below.
