Jack Hughes played a crucial role in the New Jersey Devils 3-2 victory over the Seattle Kraken on Dec. 6.
After 60 minutes, he was credited with two primary assists, including one on his brother Luke's first goal of the 2024-25 campaign.
It was the 23-year-old's fourth consecutive multi-point game dating back to Nov. 29 against the Detroit Red Wings.
It marked his 47th career multi-assist game, officially passing John MacLean for eighth all-time for franchise history. The top 10 are as follows: Patrik Elias (119), Scott Gomez (77), Kirk Muller (72), Scott Niedermayer (65), Aaron Broten (62), Scott Stevens (60), Travis Zajac (54), Jack Hughes (47), John MacLean (46), and Bruce Driver (44).
Hughes has 35 points this season, including 11 goals in 29 games. His 24 assists are tied for the team lead with his linemate Jesper Bratt.

Hughes and the Devils will host the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday night at Prudential Center. In his career, the star center has three points in four games against the Avalanche, including one multi-point game.
It won't be long until Hughes passes Zajac on the all-time list.
