NEWARK, N.J. -- On Sunday morning, the New Jersey Devils announced three roster moves.

Forward Justin Dowling and defensemen Santeri Hatakka and Daniil Misyul were re-assigned to the Utica Comets of the American Hockey League (AHL).

The Comets are scheduled for a game against the Laval Rocket on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and will host the Toronto Marlies back-to-back on Feb. 2 and 3.

Dowling played his 100th career NHL game on Saturday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning. The 33-year-old appeared in two contests and scored one goal.

Hatakka appeared in three games. He was recalled on Jan. 18 after the team placed veteran defenseman Brendan Smith on injured reserve. He earned his first point of the season in the team's 6-3 loss to the Lightning. Through three games has a plus–minus of +5.

Misyul received his first NHL call-up but did not appear in New Jersey's lineup in that stretch.

New Jersey is officially on their Bye-Week and will return to action on Feb. 6, when the club hosts the Colorado Avalanche.
