The New Jersey Devils have traded Tyler Toffoli to the Winnipeg Jets for draft picks.
The Devils will be receiving a 2025 second-round pick and a 2024 third-round pick for Toffoli. The Devils will also be retaining 50% of Toffoli's salary.
Toffoli will be joining a Jets team that are in a prime position to make a run at the Stanley Cup. The 31-year-old will immediately join the Jets top six and be another goal-scoring threat to play with Mark Scheifele, Kyle Connor, Nikolaj Ehlers, Sean Monahan and Gabriel Villardi.
