New Jersey Devils forward Jesper Bratt entered the 4-Nations break on a high note.

At the 13:43 mark of the first period of Saturday's game against the Montreal Canadiens, Jesper Bratt opened the scoring for the New Jersey Devils

The 26-year-old received a pass from Tomas Tatar from behind the net and blasted a one-timer past Sam Montembeault for a 1-0 Devils lead.

It was Bratt's first of two points as he picked up the primary assist on Paul Cotter's goal in the second period.

After 60 minutes, New Jersey earned a 4-0 victory over Montreal, and Bratt extended his point and assist streak to a season-high eight games.

Per NHL.com, Bratt is tied with five others for the second-longest assist streak in Devils/Colorado Rockies/Kansas City Scouts franchise history. Petr Sykora had at least one assist in nine consecutive games in 2000-01.

Bratt also earned his 17th multi-point game for the 2024-25 season. His career-high for the most multi-point games in a single season is 20, which he earned during the 2023-24 campaign.

The young Swede entered the 4-Nations break with 64 points in 57 games, including 17 goals. Additionally, he has a team-leading 47 assists.
