Without hesitation, he said Nathan Bastian.
After months of waiting, I finally sat down with the Kitchener, Ontario native for the first installment of "Which Teammates Are Most Likely" of the 2024-25 season.
Q: Which teammate is most likely to walk in New York Fashion Week?
Bastian: Timo (Meier), maybe. I feel like he is pretty into that stuff. I think (Jesper Bratt) is maybe the most well-dressed, but Timo might go off the board a little bit *pause* maybe a little bit.
Q: Which teammate is most likely to win a team-wide pull-up competition?
Bastian: That's tough. I think Erik Haula. I heard Haula had a good go at the pull-ups. We literally did it as a test, so you would think we would know, but I don't know who won.
Q: Which teammate is most likely to go on Dancing With The Stars and win?
Bastian: I will give that one to Bratt. I feel like he is good at just about everything, so he could probably figure out how to dance pretty quickly.
Q: Which teammate is most likely to host the rest of the team for dinner at their home?
Bastian: (Stefan) Noesen. He is all over it.

Q: Which teammate is most likely to have car trouble because they didn't change their oil?
Bastian: Um Jack. For sure, Jack. Ah, Luke. Luke. Either one of them.
THN: They were also the answer for teammates most likely to not know how to change a tire. I'm seeing a common theme.
Bastian: Yeah.
Q: Which teammate is most likely to write a memoir about their life?
Bastian: That's a great question. (Johnathan Kovacevic), Maybe? I can totally see that.
THN: He took an unconventional path (to the NHL), so his would be really good.
Bastian: Yeah, he is a little off the board with some stuff. For sure, I can see that.
Q: Which teammate is most likely to win the Hunger Games?
Bastian: Brenden Dillon looks like a guy who could survive out there. Doesn't he? Look at him. Yeah, he would figure it out.
