Stefen Rosner talks Islanders with you after their win.

The New York Islanders stayed aggressive after blowing a 2-1 lead with 4:48 to play in the third period, a different gameplan than Patrick Roy's predecessor.

With under three minutes to play, the second line went to work, and after Brock Nelson ripped a hard wrist shot, Pierre Engvall -- in his first game back in Toronto -- tucked the biscuit home to give New York a 3-2 lead with just 2:02 to play in regulation.

And then, not so like this year's Islanders hockey, they found a way, holding on for the win to snap a three-game skid and give assistant Benoit Desrosiers his first win on an NHL bench in game No. 1.
