New York Islanders forward Bo Horvat, who scored the 2-1 overtime winner against the San Jose Sharks, has been fined $2,500 by the NHL's Department of Player Safety for unsportsmanlike conduct against forward William Eklund.
The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
