Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported earlier today that the New York Rangers would not be re-signing 34-year-old winger Artemi Panarin. 

Panarin is in the final season of a seven-year contract he signed with the Rangers. Panarin has led the team in scoring each season of his Rangers tenure, which included a 120-point season and multiple 90-point campaigns.
