Last night, the Rangers lost Adam Fox and Filip Chytil to lower-body and upper-body injuries. There is no further report today on their health. Updates will follow here at The Hockey News.
Adam Fox was clipped on a knee-on-knee by Sebastian Aho.
Filip Chytil also left the game after the second period. He took a heavy check awkwardly in the first frame from Jesper Fast, losing his glove and visibly in pain on the bench.
The Rangers did not hold back in the post-game press conferences regarding Aho's hit, Jacob Trouba stating, "I gotta fight every time I do something so I think he should have to answer for it too, but he didn't feel that way."
Peter Laviolette stated, " I didn't like the hit." He stated both skaters would be further evaluated today.
